INSTALLING NETWORK PRINTER (from a Windows-based computer)

Go to your start bubble in lower right.... go to devices & printers....click on ADD a PRINTER.

Choose "Add a network, wireless or bluetooth printer".

Allow it a while to search for available printers.

Choose the printer from the list and click next and allow it to automatically install the drivers. Click NEXT and FINISH.

Printer share names begin with the school building they are in.  HS for High School, MS for Middle School and ES for Elementary School. You can actually click on the header “Printer Name” to sort.

If the printer you want to install isn’t in the list, go to next page for instructions.

If you cannot find your printer in the first menu, click on "The PRINTER THAT I WANT ISN'T LISTED" (see first screenshot below).  Select Next.

Then select “Find a printer in the directory” and click NEXT (see second screenshot below).  All printers should be listed in the next window.  Select your printer and click OK to begin the installation.
