How to create an event at the IMAGINARY platform

Create a user account:


via the “Get Access” button in the upper right corner at

choose “Add new Event” from the dashboard

Fill in the mandatory fields in the Description tab (marked by a red asterisk):

Fill in the fields in the Time/Place tab:

Fill in information in the Credits tab (not mandatory but strongly recommended)

Upload images in the Media tab:

You may add files for users to download (guide book, poster, flyer, etc.). Please include the type of file in the name, if different languages are used, also specify the language in the name (example: flyer (English) (PNG) )

Save your draft, and it will only be visible to you and the administrators.

Publish your event to present it to the IMAGINARY community as part of the IMAGINARY event calendar.
