  1. The teacher will ask the children if they have ever been in picnic.
  2. Ask: What things people bring to a picnic? How would you feel if you were in a picnic and there were no food?
  3. The teacher will read aloud the bible story “ A Really Big Picnic.”
  4. Review story with the children.
  5. Have the children answer the following questions: What did the crowds of people do? Why did the people follow Jesus? What was the problem? What did Jesus do to solve the food problem? Why did Jesus choose to feed the people?
