L2S strength and conditioning workout schedule:

Jan-Feb

45-90+ minute small group coached sessions

Track workouts: Newton Middle school track (just a quick hop off 1-25 and Arapahoe to Colorado blvd.   These workouts will include running form/biomechanics drills in addition to interval training and specific drills to workout on speed and endurance!

Stair climbing workouts:  At Red Rocks Amphitheatre.  Expect drills, sprints, hops and more fun up and down the stairs and bleachers!

Hill workouts:  At parks across Southwest Denver TBD.  Sprints and power hiking up the hills and work on control and technical skills on the downhills.

Strength training and pi-yo for runners: Tues/Thursday evenings in Denver and Tech center.  Focus on conditioning, injury prevention and specific exercises and stretches for runners and athletes.  Learn more HERE.

**FREE Wednesday track workouts, 10am at Mountain Vista high school track (in Highlands Ranch).  Feel free to bring kids/babies along to this one, there is plenty of room to play and the workouts will be stroller friendly. 

 ** Wednesdays are free workouts and are subject to cancellation if it is below 30 degrees.

Run + yoga-  Last class!  We will be running a trail 5k on the dry creek trail, a combo of wide and single track trails followed by an amazing 30 minutes yoga for runners class.  Drop-ins welcome for just $20!  Learn more HERE.

Donation based OCR training workout with PCR fitness in Peyton CO.  Join some of OCR’s best in a workout that involves wall climbs, cargo nets and practice on real obstacles you will encounter on the course.

Sat. March 18th:
9:00am:  Bouldering/rock wall traverse lesson and practice at the Rock n’ Jamin’ rock climbing gym in Parker.  You will be responsible for the drop-in fee for the facility however 2 hours of climbing and instruction will be provided.

Snowshoe clinic + group snowshoe hike in Evergreen

Abominable Winter adventure run!
4 mile winter obstacle run, the course includes snow tunnels, walls, carries, deep snow and even a sledding section.  Join the “Women trail runners” team to save $5 on entry and learn more

March 4th:
Women’s social snowshoe adventure!
A 3 mile snowshoe hike in Elk Meadow Park/Bergen peak followed by brews and lunch at the Evergreen brewery and taphouse!  This is a free event however a $5 donation is suggested and bring an old sports bra to donate to/support the non-profit Free the Girls.  More info/RSVP now at
