  1. DSA-16-00016:  Conditional Use Permit for a proposed convenience food restaurant within a proposed B-2 zone district.  (Planner Laura Blakeman)

2.        DSA-16-00014:  Minor Site Plan for the development of a 2,206 square foot Dunkin Donuts building and a 247 square foot outdoor patio area.   (Planner Laura Blakeman)

3.        DSA-16-00015:  Preliminary Plat for Casa Grande Shopping Center a re-subdivision of Lot 2. (Planner Laura Blakeman)

DSA-16-00021:  Minor Amendment to a Major Site Plan – US Border Patrol, 396 N Camino Mercado, amending the previously approved Major Site Plan (CGPZ-053-098) to revise trash enclosure location to reflect its as-built condition and to modify detail north of the building to adequately show expanded drive surface and placement of storage building.
