Terms of Service

  1. You have to be 18+ to order from my shop. If you’re underage your guardian will need to contact me.
  2. I will only start your commission after full payment has been received.
  3. All my prices are in Euro and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise.
  4. I do not currently offer payment plans.
  5. After agreeing on a commission payment must be made within a week or I will consider you as no longer interested. In that case someone else will get your spot on my queue.
  6. I don’t do full refunds unless I am the one unable to finish the commission.
  7. Price quotes are only good for 2 months. After that you might need to get a new quote if my prices have changed.
  8. If you got a quote it does not mean you have a custom slot secured.
  9. I will only do linework after a sketch has been approved by you. After linework has started a refund is not possible anymore unless I am unable to complete the commission.
  10. If you want major changes to a traditional sketch or a digital artwork it will cost extra. Small changes should be no problem though.
  11. Changing anything about a traditional artwork after line art has started is not possible.
  12. Huge changes like a completely different pose will be charged as a new sketch unless agreed to prior to payment.
  13. You are not allowed to make money from my art in ANY way. If you’d like to print it on something for private use please text me beforehand.
  14. You may not claim my artwork as yours. You may not remove my signature.
  15. If you resell traditional artwork or sell the character with the artwork you may only sell it for LESS than what you bought it for.
  16. After an item leaves my hands for shipping it is no longer my responsibility. Please contact me if you have any issues though!
  17. Returns are not accepted.
  18. I very rarely do art trades. Please look at my profile for info.
  19. Do not contact me for an “art for shoutout” unless you have at least 10k followers on Instagram or 20k followers on TikTok.
  20. My art can take up to three months to complete. It will most likely be done sooner but I take the liberty to complete it whenever I want within that three month time frame.
  21. If you want your art to be done by a specific time please contact me before you order. Rush orders might cost extra.
  22. Do not constantly ask me for updates. I sent work in progress pictures as I draw without being asked.
  23. Constant asking/spamming about a commission or it's progress as well as any other violations of my T.O.S will result in being blacklisted permanently.

Additional Info

I complete commissions in batches based on which time frame they were ordered in.

Normally a time frame of 1-3 weeks makes up a batch depending on how many commissions I get.

(A batch can be anywhere from 5-15 artworks big. Depending on size and complexity.)

Within a batch I complete artworks in whichever order I want depending on my motivation for specific styles etc.

If you want to place a rush order or jump ahead in my queue the cost is based on how many batches you have to skip to get to the first one.

All shipments are made from Germany and I will consult you about which options you have available for your specific order.
