MaST Community Charter School is a public charter school located in Northeast Philadelphia. Students attending MaST come from over 41+ different zip codes in Philadelphia. Some students have moved out of Philadelphia county and have opted to continue their education at MaST. Our current enrollment is 1516 students in grades K-12. The economic status of the community and school population is very diverse. We have approximately 49% Title I/Free and Reduced Lunch population. By catering to a diverse and widespread student population, MaST Community Charter School plays a significant role in providing quality education and resources to a broad range of families.
Philadelphia has a diversified economy. The major industries that currently drive the labor force include: information technology, finance, telecommunications, insurance, healthcare, education, and biomedical fields. It is imperative for schools to pay attention to job market trends and the evolving needs of the workforce.

As a school in the Philadelphia community, we aim to offer families and the surrounding community rewarding events and resources. We offer various community events: annual Fall Festival, annual Raffle, annual Scholastic Book Fair, parent/student learning workshops, informational assemblies, over 70 athletics and extracurricular school activities, and a summer camp program. By providing a wide range of events and resources, MaST supports student development and strengthens the connection between families and the broader community.
