Avoid the migraine trigger foods. However, most healthy foods that can be a trigger are necessary for nutrition and cannot be deleted from diet. Consult your doctor on how to consume these healthy foods and yet, avoid a migraine attack.
Take a Two-Week Test and based on the observation recorded in your log book, avoid your probable common food triggers. Take migraine pain safe foods. You can selectively choose to avoid probable food triggers. If migraine attack stops then the avoided food is the culprit. It could also happen that results of certain food triggers depend on season or menstruation.
