By commissioning me you agree with the following

PAYMENT

> Payment via Paypal!

> Once I agree and I’m available to work on a commission, I will send a paypal invoice.

>Payment Up front.

> Prices are in Euros. (there might be a conversion depending on your currency)

SUBJET MATTER

I will draw: OCs, real people, couples, fanart, slightly suggestive themes (sexy poses and artistic nude are fine) and light gore (emphasis on light! nosebleeds and some bruises are examples of what i consider light)

I will not draw: NSFW, Heavy Gore, Hateful content, Underage characters in suggestive themes,

Furries and Mecha (due to lack of experience)

About Backgrounds:

>Simple backgrounds could include flat colors, gradients effects and simple shapes, brushstrokes (e.g. sparkles, simplified flames, stars etc)

> You can suggest any preferences if you have any! I will make an attempt of adding elements like the ones stated but you can ask to be sent a version with a flat colored background or transparent (in advance or if you’re not satisfied with the result)

PROCESS

To commission me, send me an email to youngvolcanoezart@gmail.com or dm me @youngvolcanoez

Your email/dm will have to include:

>Your name and pronouns.

>Your instagram username (and/or some other social media) and an e-mail you’d like your commission to be sent to.

>Your paypal e-mail address.

> The subject matter you’d like to be included in the commission.

>As many character references as you can provide (pinterest boards, character sheets etc.) along with any character information you consider important.

>Any composition, pose and expression ideas you have in mind and you can provide in reference would be appreciated. Otherwise, you’re giving me the liberty to base these elements off of how I interpret the character information.

>After we discuss the details of your commission and I’m available to work on it I will notify you and will send you an invoice via paypal.

>After the payment has gone through I will start working.

I will soon afterwards send you a sketch/sketches before starting refining since you’re allowed to request minor changes If you’d like.

> The final product will be sent to your email address.

You can ask about the process any time. Estimated amount of time to finish a commission varies from days to weeks. In case of emergencies (unlikely) it could take up to a month maximum. (in case of any emergency/sudden circumstances you’ll be notified and I’ll keep you in touch)

> I own all rights to the artwork. You’re free to upload it online/use it (e.g. profile picture) as long as you credit me.

> Commissions are for personal uses only! You may not sell or distribute the work or claim it to be yours.

OTHER

>If I haven’t started your commission yet and there’s a case of emergency for you (health, financial change) you can ask for a refund. Other than that, please be sure you’d like to commission me!

> Be polite! I have the right to reject your commission if I find you rude!

> I have the right to reject a commission for any reason!
