Purpose

To empower youth to be self motivated and guide them in the learning of diverse skills, resulting in them finding rewarding jobs and becoming conscious members of society.

What We Offer

A 3 month citizenry course of exploration, deep dives (on learner chosen avenues) and social action.
An encouraging environment that gives a glimpse of the entire landscape, letting them explore skills and career options.

Background

We find that many have not explored options, developed skills and are disinterested in both academics and job pursuits, thereby being labelled as misled/entitled youth.

These skills/behaviours were mapped based on feedback from several of them who lack

a sense of purpose
ideas about career options
confidence and communication skills
financial literacy
access to good mentors
interest in learning a new skill / updating themselves

How The Course Works

Online sessions and mentoring.
Self paced study.
Introspection and journaling.
Knowledge of choices to make informed decisions.
