Before your first show, Megaphone provides extensive training on content entry and show operations to prepare your producer and control-room team for operations on launch day. Megaphone's training period also extends into your first two events: we provide complimentary event-day Premium Staffed Operations on your first two calendar-day broadcasts. For example, if your show airs every Friday at 8PM, we'll join you on a control-room conference call during your show for the first two Fridays the show airs.

Training is included with every Megaphone contract.

For the entire duration of your contract, Megaphone's technical-support staff are only a phone call away. If you have any questions about Megaphone, including while your show airs, please contact your Megaphone account representative or producer.

Premium Staffed Operations

For a fee, Megaphone staff can join you on a control-room conference call or on "hot stand by" for the entire duration of your show. Our expert operations staff will be with you every minute of the show, ready to answer questions and report on system status in real time.
