Task: Draw a plan and add some measurements of a box that fits your object inside “nice and snug”.

Ext: Construct a cylinder.

1. Measure the length, height and width of your object.

2. Draw a net for your box that will be able to house your object. (Make sure the box is slightly bigger than the dimensions of your object).

-You need to think about inserting flaps for your box so you can glue it together.

3. Cut out your net and fold it into a box. (hopefully your object fits inside your box)

4. Work out:

-The area of one of the faces.

-The volume of your box (show your chosen strategies)
