Day 1

Departure Day
Arrive in Bangalore

Day 2

Travel to Sakleshpur

Sakleshpur is a coffee growing town on a hill and located 220km away

Stay overnight at a hotel.

Day 3

Depart from Sakleshpur after breakfast and reach Bangalore.

Day 4

Visit the Bangalore Palace belonging to the Wodeyar Kings of Mysore

Day 5

Take a flight to Chennai. The duration will be 50 minutes.

Drive down the 140 KM distance from Chennai to Pondicherry.

Day 6

Visit Sri Aurobindo Paper Factory started 50 years ago and makes paper from 100% cotton rag pulp

In this visit guests will experience how the paper is produced from cotton rags and then processed with techniques like silk screen printing and marbling.

Day 7

Tour of Auroville and meditate at Matrimandir the giant dome for silent meditation.

Day 8

Visit the Pondicherry town and Esplanade.

Day 9

Drive back to Chennai

Take the flight to Bangalore.

Day 10

Drive down from Bangalore to Mysore
In the afternoon:
Visit the grand Mysore Palace. The Palace is a three-storied stone structure, with marble domes and a 145 ft five-storied tower. The guided tour will take you through the Public Hall, Private Hall, Dolls Pavilion, and the Royal Wedding Hall.

Day 11

Morning tour:
Visit Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary. Take boats to explore the islands which attract thousands of birds. There are 6 islets spread along the banks of the river Kaveri. You can look out for the painted stork, openbill stork, common spoonbill, woolly-necked stork, black-headed ibis, lesser whistling duck, Indian shag, stork-billed kingfisher, egret, cormorant, Oriental darter, and heron.

Afternoon tour:
Visit a unique Rail Museum of Mysore. On display is an impressive collection of vintage Trains from the British Era. You will get to see 2 unforgettable exhibits, the 1925 built Austin Rail Car and 1899 vintage Maharani Saloon with royal dining area & kitchen.

Day 12

Drive back from Mysore to Bangalore Airport for final departure.
