Bardic Performance
A papercraft bard gains the following type of bardic performance.
Soundstrike (Su): At 6th level, the papercraft bard can spend 2 round of bardic performance as a standard action to direct a single note at a creature or object. This performance deals 1d6 points of sonic damage per two papercraft bard levels.
This performance replaces suggestion.
Origami Summons
At 1st level, papercraft bard can choose to enhance any spell from the summoning subschool with paper magic. Origami summons have DR 5/slashing and fire vulnerability.
Irresistible Storytelling (Su)
At 2nd level, papercraft bard can choose to utilize his magic and papercraft to enhance his bardic performances. By sacrificing a spell slot, he can raise the DC of the performance by the level of the spell but must also spend the same number of minutes as the level of the spell focusing on his performance. This costs a number of bardic performance rounds equal to the level of the spell sacrificed.
Successfully completing a fascinate performance raises the attitude of all who were fascinated by one level. When a papercraft bard enhances a masterpiece with this ability, he can reduce the total bardic performance cost of the masterpiece by half of the level of the spell sacrificed (to a minimum of one).
For example, a 4th level papercraft bard with a 18 Charisma sacrifices one of his 2nd level spell slots to raise the DC from 17 to 19 and must spend two minutes to complete the performance from beginning to end. The small crowd that gathered during this time cheer and thank him for the performance.
This replaces Well-Versed and Loremaster.
Papercraft
At level 10 a papercraft bard gains access to Minor Creation. He gains access to Major Creation at level 13. These creations normally have the same statistics as paper (hardness 0; hp 2/inch) but any time that the papercraft bard who created the objects is within 10 feet or spends a swift action concentrating on the object from any distance, it acts as if it was created using the normal materials for that object.
This replaces Jack of All Trades.
