Fresh Fruit Sauce

⅓ c. white sugar                    2 Tbsp lemon juice

1 Tbsp cornstarch                 2 Tbsp water

pinch of salt                           2 c. fresh fruit

In a medium saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch and salt until well combined. Add lemon juice and water and mix thoroughly. Add fruit and stir gently. Cook on high for about 2 minutes or until sauce thickened and the liquid becomes clear. Remove from heat.
