2026 SENIOR INFORMATION SHEET

Make sure the office has the correct mailing address, email address & phone number for both you and your parents.

PARENTS: Create an account on ParentSquare, subscribe to the Senior Events calendar on Eventlink and set your reminders for push notifications.

ALL notifications, updates & reminders will be sent electronically. Please check your email and calendar daily. It is your responsibility to make sure you meet your deadlines.

Review your transcript and graduation requirements as listed in the Student Handbook to make sure you are on target to graduate.  Make an appointment with Guidance if you have questions.

All Seniors must complete the following by May 15, 2026:  

Seniors in Credit Recovery must complete Edmentum coursework by May 1, 2026. 

Early Graduate Program Participants: You are responsible for staying in communication with the school regarding deadlines and events such as the sale of prom tickets, senior t-shirts, and graduation, etc.

Seniors who plan to participate in the Graduation Program MUST:

Graduation will be held May 24th, at 2:00 PM in McClain Hall.  Plan on arriving at the school at 1:15 PM, and meet in the Commons.  Counselors and administrators will help you line up in order.  Right after the ceremony you will walk back as a class and pick up your diploma in the Commons.  Remember: Your behavior during the ceremony will determine whether you are eligible to pick up your diploma afterwards!

August 21, 2025                School picture day. Seniors still need to have their picture taken for their

School ID, even if they plan to provide a professional photo for the yearbook.

September 24, 2025                FSA/FAFSA ID & Financial Aid Questions Workshop, 6:00pm, Media Center

September 30, 2025        Jostens meeting w/Seniors during IMPACT to pass out cap & gown* order forms

October 9, 2025                Jostens Cap & Gown* on-line Early Bird Order Deadline

October 28, 2025                Jostens will deliver Early Bird Orders during lunch (this will NOT include Cap &

Gown* or announcements)

November 11, 2025                Academic Honors Awards Program, 6:00pm  (Invitations will be sent)

October 1, 2025                Free Application For Federal Student Aid(FAFSA): Applications open

activities will take place during this last week of school. Exact dates & times will

be announced in April. Watch email for links to participate & deadlines to sign up.

May 21, 2026                MANDATORY GRADUATION PRACTICE! Seniors who do not attend graduation

practice WILL NOT be eligible to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.

May 24, 2026                      Graduation Schedule:        

*Caps & Gowns cannot be altered or decorated in any way. Seniors may not decorate their cap or adorn their gowns in any way or they may risk being removed from the line-up for the graduation ceremony. Memorial pennants cannot be attached to tassels but can be pinned to the inside of the robe. Any additions such as cords, sashes or stoles must be school-issued, presented by a school-based group or club or pre approved by Administration. Military sashes for those entering the service, 4-H cords, Prosser cords and Ivy Tech sashes are pre approved.
