2026 SENIOR INFORMATION SHEET

Make sure the office has the correct mailing address, email address & phone number for both you and your parents.

PARENTS: Create an account on ParentSquare, subscribe to the Senior Events calendar on Eventlink and set your reminders for push notifications.

ALL notifications, updates & reminders will be sent electronically. Please check your email and calendar daily. It is your responsibility to make sure you meet your deadlines.

Review your transcript and graduation requirements as listed in the Student Handbook to make sure you are on target to graduate.  Make an appointment with Guidance if you have questions.

All Seniors must complete the following by May 15, 2026:  

• Complete all class work, including final exams and final projects
• Pay all obligations (fines, book rental, cafeteria balances, dues, etc.)
• Turn in athletic uniforms
• Return any books to teachers & Media Center
• Turn in assigned computer device with all accessories
• If you will be attending college, you must let Guidance know where to send your final transcripts.

Seniors in Credit Recovery must complete Edmentum coursework by May 1, 2026. 

Early Graduate Program Participants: You are responsible for staying in communication with the school regarding deadlines and events such as the sale of prom tickets, senior t-shirts, and graduation, etc.

Seniors who plan to participate in the Graduation Program MUST:

• Meet all graduation requirements in order to participate in the Graduation Ceremony and be eligible to receive a diploma.
• Attend graduation practice on Thursday, May 21, at 8:04 a.m.  PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME! We cannot wait for anyone and the group picture will be taken at the beginning of practice. Parents may not attend practice.

• Individual pictures will be taken following Graduation Practice.

• Have a cap and gown* provided by Jostens. If you plan to use an older sibling’s cap and gown, it MUST be Jostens brand to insure the color and style matches.
• Cap and gowns* ordered through Jostens will be delivered to the school in April and distributed at graduation practice. 
• Medallions, honors cords, etc., will also be distributed at graduation practice with your cap and gown*
• If you are in a school sponsored club and would like to order cords or medals to wear at graduation please see your club sponsor.

Graduation will be held May 24th, at 2:00 PM in McClain Hall.  Plan on arriving at the school at 1:15 PM, and meet in the Commons.  Counselors and administrators will help you line up in order.  Right after the ceremony you will walk back as a class and pick up your diploma in the Commons.  Remember: Your behavior during the ceremony will determine whether you are eligible to pick up your diploma afterwards!

Gown* or announcements)

November 11, 2025                Academic Honors Awards Program, 6:00pm  (Invitations will be sent)

May 21, 2026                MANDATORY GRADUATION PRACTICE! Seniors who do not attend graduation

practice WILL NOT be eligible to participate in the Graduation Ceremony.

May 24, 2026                      Graduation Schedule:        

• Line Up – 1:15pm, Commons
• Ceremony -  2:00pm, McClain Hall
• Distribution of Diplomas – after the ceremony, Commons

*Caps & Gowns cannot be altered or decorated in any way. Seniors may not decorate their cap or adorn their gowns in any way or they may risk being removed from the line-up for the graduation ceremony. Memorial pennants cannot be attached to tassels but can be pinned to the inside of the robe. Any additions such as cords, sashes or stoles must be school-issued, presented by a school-based group or club or pre approved by Administration. Military sashes for those entering the service, 4-H cords, Prosser cords and Ivy Tech sashes are pre approved.
