How to cancel a document

To cancel a printing document, press the Off button and then the Feed Button.

Note: these need to be pressed sequentially, not at the same time.

Note: If you happen to be embossing more than one copy, and want your current copy to finish and cancel the remaining copies, you can press Off then OK instead.

How to change your paper size

1. Press the MENU button to open the embosser menu.
2. Press the Up arrow button or the Down arrow button until you reach the Braille layout option.
3. Now, press the Right arrow button.
4. In the Braille layout menu, press the Up arrow button or the Down arrow button until you reach the Edit active layout option.
5. Now, press the Right arrow button.
6. You will be prompted “Standard wizard. Press OK to start”. Press the OK button.]
7. Use the Right arrow button to step through the wizard options.
8. Press the OK button once you reach "Paper Size."
9. Then use the Up arrow button or the Down arrow button until you reach the desired paper size.
10. Press the OK button to select it.
11. Finally, use the Right arrow button to step through the wizard until you reach the end where you will hear, "Wizard completed, press OK to save settings..."
12. Press the OK button and you are done
