42 BIS, AVENUE HENRI MARTIN

Paris, July 7th 1924

Dear friend,

As I wired to you I expect to leave Paris on Monday 14th crossing through Dieppe and Newhaven.

Will you arrange for the room of Mr. Alkan in a simple hotel.

We arrive together and I shall be busy with him 2 or 3 days at Teddington and Wembley.[1]

I have been working a great deal this winter and I need rest. I am coming to London to take it and visit some golf courses and you will greatly oblige me by not accepting any engagements for dinners or other parties,

I am glad to have the pleasure to see you before long and enjoy your kind hospitalité.

Sincerely yours,

Guiche
