East and Southeast Asian Cultures Activity
Directions:
- Students will work in a group of two to three and research one of the ten countries found on the Cultures of East and SE Asia spreadsheet.
- Students will find credible sites and develop a presentation on their country. Please see resources below for finding credible sites.
- Presentations will include information on the seven components of culture for their country.
- Sources must be cited. The CRAAP test should be applied to your any sites used
You may use the presentation platform of their choice (Prezi, Google Presentation, Glogster, etc.)
Each group will be assigned a different country:
- China
- Japan
- North Korea
- South Korea
- Taiwan
- Thailand
- Vietnam
- Malaysia
- Indonesia
- Philippines
You will be given a copy of the spreadsheet on Cultures of East and Southeast Asia and fill it out as other students are presenting.
