DACA Renewal Clinics
NC Justice Center will be hosting four free legal clinics to assist current DACA holders to renew their status and work permits. Appointments are required for our upcoming events: Sat., 9/23 in Wilmington. Sun., 9/24 in Chapel Hill. Sun., 9/24 in Raleigh. Sun., 10/01 in Greensboro.

DACA Renewal Scholarships & Funding Resources
El Consulado está organizando talleres de diagnósticos migratorios, con atención especial a jóvenes mexicanos DACA, en diferentes partes de los estados de Carolina del Norte y Carolina del Sur, para atender sus dudas y asistirlos respecto a las renovaciones de los permisos de trabajo. Para obtener información sobre los talleres, visiten la sección de eventos en la página de Facebook. El Consulado tambien está recibiendo solicitudes de apoyo económico para el pago de la renovación de su DACA. Sin embargo, los jóvenes DACA interesados tienen que acudir en persona al Consulado a solicitarlo y cada caso es evaluado de forma individual para determinar el monto de apoyo, si es aprobado. Es importante destacar que si el joven DACA es menor de 18 años de edad, debe de acudir acompañado por alguno de sus padres.
