Mr. Maurice Philippson of 57, rue d’Arlon, Brussels,[1] would like you to paint a portrait of his wife[2] similar to that of Lady Forres [3153] in the exhibition.[3] He will be in Paris in October, and would like to know if you are likely to be there then, or if you could paint the portrait over here some time in the autumn.
