Food and Milk Programs
A reminder that the milk delivery program ends Friday, June 17th. Also, the Wednesday food delivery programs have ended for this school year. Thanks for your participation in these programs.
Track and Field Day
The Junior students (Grades 4-6) will be participating in our Track and Field Day on Monday, June 13th. The Junior students will be participating in a variety of running and field events and are reminded to wear proper footwear and clothing for participation in these events. The students should also bring water bottles to ensure they are hydrated throughout the day.
School BBQ Volunteers + Raffle Tickets and Money
The St. Stephen School Council BBQ will be taking place on Thursday, June 16th and the Council is looking for parent volunteers to help out in a variety of roles to help make the BBQ a success.
If you are interested in helping out, please follow the link below to sign up for a job at your preferred time.
The raffle baskets for the BBQ are being packed up and they look great! There’s still time to buy raffle tickets if you would like a chance to win a wonderful prize. Please return your completed raffle tickets and money to the school by Wednesday, June 15th. Good luck to everyone that buys raffle tickets.
Morning Yard Supervision
A reminder to students and parents that teachers are in the schoolyard, providing supervision in the morning from 8:15 to 8:30. Students should not be arriving and playing on the yard until the supervision begins. If students are arriving at school after 8:30, they need to enter through the front door and sign in at the office, as the back doors are locked after the classes enter to start the day.
Gospel Values Assembly
We will be holding our final Gospel Values Assembly of the year on Friday, June 17th at 10:05 a.m. Students in each class will be recognized for showing excellence, our value for May, and leadership, our value for June. The selected students will each receive a certificate to help recognize their efforts. We hope that many members of our parent community will be able to attend.
The Grade 3 students had an incredible Pizza Party on Thursday, June 9th. They had the opportunity to make pizza with Chef Emanuele Leonforte, from Pocopazzo and to enjoy eating their delicious creations. Thanks to all of the parent volunteers who helped make this such an enjoyable event.
