IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE APPLICANTS:
- Obtain an e–coupon for registration and online application.
- The application form should be filled up carefully. Correct details, viz., personal mobile numbers, email IDs (and NOT that of the Internet Café), address, percentage, exams passed from boards/universities, Enrolment Number, etc., should be mentioned.
- The University informs the applicants through SMS on their mobile phones, if their names figure in the Merit List(s). The Merit Offer Letter can be downloaded from the University website «www.ccsuniversity.ac.in»/ the designated website.
- A particular Merit List usually remains valid for two (02) days, before being replaced by the next one, if any. Thus, the applicants are advised to check the Merit Lists regularly, and take care of the necessary formalities pertaining to the admissions.
- If the applicants are interested in being informed about (their names figuring in) the Merit-List(s), then it's advised that they send the following details to "dflccsu@gmail.com", once they post/submit the Online Application form:
(i) Name (ii) Father's Name (iii) Course(s) Applied for.
(iv) The alphanumeric REGISTRATION Number (not the e–coupon/Enrolment Number) mentioned on the Application Form
- CHECKLIST: At the time of ADMISSIONS, the candidate will be required to submit the signed hardcopy of the filled–up application form along with the self–attested copies of all the required marksheets; degrees; certificates; other documents, like Caste Certificate (if applicable); Character Certificate (not older than six months); affidavit(s) for the gap year(s), if any; two (02) anti–ragging affidavits on non–judicial stamp paper of Rs. 10/- each and attested by Notary Public; two (02) recent passport–size colour photographs; and the fee submission proof at the Department. The marksheets/degrees shall be verified from the original documents.
- Annual Tuition Fees at the time of admission: For the UGC–Govt.’ funded courses in Russian language, the annual fees need to be deposited at the Allahabad Bank, CCS University Branch; and for the Self–Financed (SFS) courses in French and German languages, the same is accepted in the form of Demand Drafts made in favour of the Finance Officer, C.C.S. University, Meerut, and payable at Meerut.
- Fees/dues, once paid will not be refunded to the student leaving the course for any reason what-so-ever.
