Varsity Football Ticket Deadline - Remember, the deadline to purchase (online) tickets for varsity football games is Wednesday night at 11:59pm and there are NO Ticket Sales at Gate. This week’s game is at Brookville so we will only have 2 tickets per player/cheerleader available (146 total). Tickets for this week’s game are sold online on our website only - normal pass codes.
Yelling at Officials - Don’t complain about or to the officials. Complaining about the officials is like complaining about the weather. It is a waste of time and energy. Focus on the things you can control. No one ever looks good when they are yelling at the officials and it sets a bad example for our players. Please contact me if you have a problem with an official and I will contact the assignor that scheduled them. If abusive behavior continues, the offenders will be banned from our games.
Parents on Sideline - Remember, all spectators need to be seated with their families. We can not have parents on the sidelines or on the track, even to take pictures.
Ticket Allotment at Home Cross Country Meets - Tickets must be purchased on our athletic department website. There are no ticket sales at the gate. Here is the meet info that has a spectator map that lays out where parents are allowed to be. If you are coming to the XC meet, please study this map. The areas that spectators are allowed in are much different than in the past.
XC Meet T-Shirt Sales - Online sales only. The deadline is Tuesday, September 22.
XC Fundraisers - Tuesday 9/22 @ Chipotle & Tuesday 9/29 @ Raising Canes (both locations)
Boys Soccer Blanket Sale Fundraiser - Here is a picture of the blankets They are $35 each. Contact Sharon Smith-Rodriguez (shert77@gmail.com) or pick them up in the BHS athletic office.

The below info is unchanged from previous communications but is still relevant.
ODH Health Order - Here is a link to Governor DeWine’s most recent health order. It is 12 pages long and has several mandates regarding contact sports and spectators.
Spectator Restrictions - As laid out in the health order we will only be able to sell tickets to families of players. Our ticket allotments will be based on the capacity of our facilities and the sizes of our rosters.
Ticket Allotments for Home Games at Miami Valley South Stadium - We have been granted a variance by the Ohio Department of Health to seat spectators in our south endzone at MV South Stadium. Here are the new ticket allotments for each sport.
Varsity Football = 3 tickets per player, cheerleader & band member. We will have a separate type of ticket that will allow roughly 200 people to sit in the south end zone at our home varsity football games.
JV & MS Football = 5 tickets per player
Soccer = 5 tickets per player
Ticket Allotments at Away Games - Please understand that some of our opponents, especially in middle school will have much lower ticket allotments due to having smaller venues. Some of these schools will only be able to sell Bellbrook parents one ticket per player. The host school will communicate with us the week of the game and let us know how many tickets will be available.
Purchasing Tickets - We will only be able to sell individual tickets for our games. The only way to buy tickets to our football, soccer and volleyball games, as well as our cross country meets is to purchase them electronically on our athletic department website. Remember, the general public will not be able to buy tickets to these events. Parents will have personalized code that they will enter that will allow them to purchase the allotted number of tickets.
All-Sports Passes, Fall Passes, Senior Citizen Passes, Staff Passes, Coaches Passes & SWBL Lifetime Passes - NO Passes will be honored this fall. Because of the restrictions laid out in the health order, we simply can not let anyone into the games except for family members of the athletes playing in the game. Unfortunately, there is no way to ensure that our athlete’s parents get into our games besides direct ticketing to them.
Football Schedule - Remember, the OHSAA has drastically changed the HS football schedule for this fall. Here is a link to the updated schedule. We will no longer have themes for our home games this fall. Reminder: do not show up at any varsity football game without a ticket. There are NO ticket sales at the gate for any varsity football games in the SWBL this year.

Transportation to Away Games/Matches/Meets - To be clear, we have a bus or van scheduled for ALL of our away games/matches/meets. We are simply encouraging parents to drive their kids to these contests. We are more than happy to give each kid a ride on the bus/van. Athletes are required to wear masks at all times when on a bus or school van. Like always, if a kid rides the bus to a game but then rides home with their parents, they need to fill our the alternative transportation form on our athletic department website.
Bus Drive=Don’t Walk - Please do not walk down the bus drive at the stadium. The bus traffic is getting heavier and heavier, creating a dangerous situation. Here is a map that shows where to park/walk.
Symptoms or Proximity to a Positive Case = Stay Home - Please do not come to any athletic events if you have any symptoms of Coronavirus or have had close contact with someone that has symptoms or has tested positive. The number one thing that we can do to continue to have sports and school is to keep symptomatic people out of our facilities and away from our students/athletes.

AED Location - There is an AED located in the lobby of both the MS and HS and in the home locker room at the stadium. Every coach has been trained in its use and in CPR.
Mask at Home & Away Games - The entire state is currently under a mask mandate. Even if this order expires, we will still require masks to be worn at our athletic events.
Mask/Face Coverings - Plain and simple, you must wear a mask at all times at our sporting events. You can not come on campus unless you are wearing a mask. Your cooperation is appreciated!
Your support is greatly appreciated. High School athletics are special. We are living in a unique time that requires us to change the way we think about nearly everything. I have NO doubt we are capable of adjusting our mindset and achieving success if we continue to work together!
