ANCIL HOFFMAN GOLF CLUB

Individual Stroke Play. Club Championship Qualifier, Scratch Division

TOURNAMENT RULES
July 8, 2017

FORMAT: Individual Stroke

FLIGHTS:  Flights will be calculated based on the number of entries in order to even out the number of players per flight. As this tournament is an “Open Qualifier,” a player’s  “INDEX”  shall be used for purposes of handicapping and flighting, NOT Tournament Handicap.

HANDICAPS:  Handicapping will be based on the lower of the player’s Tournament Index vs. NCGA as reported in the July 1, 2017 Revision Report.  Since this is a mixed tee event, members playing from the Gold tees will receive an additional 5 strokes and members playing from the Blue tees will receive an additional 3 strokes.

TEES: Championship Qualifiers (Gold), Men (Gold, Blue or White), Women (Black).

COSTS:  $20 per player. Championship Flight Entrants $30.

SCORECARDS:  Scorecards will be provided indicating players with their corresponding handicap and flight within each foursome.  Please record your individual gross scores per hole.  The tournament committee will calculate your net score.

SKINS:  Individual Net Skins ONLY will be available for this event at $5 (payable at the course to the tournament committee).

Hole-in-One:          Hole-in-one insurance shall be offered at a cost of $1/player.
