**1. Acceptance of Terms**

By downloading, accessing, or using the Risk Ready Application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services you access via the App. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

**2. Information Collection and Use**

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that the developer of the App ("we," "us," or "our") will collect, store, and use the information you upload or otherwise provide, including but not limited to your personal and sensitive data, as part of our monetization strategy. This includes the right to analyze, sell, share, or otherwise monetize this information in any way we see fit, subject to applicable laws.

**3. User Consent**

You explicitly consent to our collection, storage, and use of your personal and sensitive information as described in this agreement and our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that this may include data that is considered private or sensitive under applicable laws and regulations.

**4. No Liability**

You understand and agree that the App and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided via the App.

Furthermore, you agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

**5. Permission to Use Data**

By using the App, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display your data in connection with the operation of the App and our business. This includes the right to sublicense these rights to third parties.

**6. Changes to This Agreement**

We reserve the right to modify this User Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised agreement within the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

**7. Governing Law**

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Civil District Court in New Orleans, LA, United States of America without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Civil District Court in New Orleans, Louisiana or the Easter District Court in the United States of America
