Beginning at 12 p.m.,  Phuc Yea will be vibing, opening its doors for locals with its classic brunch menu, featuring its fan-favorite pho, its “Sancocho Pho”, some will even say the recipe to cure any hangover! This next level of Pho Broth is prepared with short rib pho, corn, potatoes, yucca, plantain, rice noodles, herbs, bean sprouts, jalapeño, sriracha, and hoisin. A unique dish showcasing the vibrant and tropical blend of Chef Cesar Zapata’s Colombian roots and Phuc Yea's New-Vietnamese style.

The Sancocho Pho is most definitely not the only liquid you’ll find at this brunch. Drinkers will be able to keep it phresh with Tropical Mimosa, served by the pitcher with bubbles, passionfruit, guava, and pineapple, by the pitcher for $25.00, if you care for it by the glass you can have it too for $10, a frozen drink more your vibe? Brunch-goers can enjoy Frozen Palomas, with Stella Rosa Grapefruit rose, Camarena reposado tequila, grapefruit liqueur, lemongrass hibiscus syrup, Campari, lime. Out with the old and in with the new Phuc Yea will be unveiling its new 2021 cocktail menu all weekend long! For those looking to keep the fun gong from the night before Phuc Yea will keep you boozy and hyped. The new drink menu features 10 new cocktails, indulge in a Dragonesse, a Dry Martini prepared with lychee infused grey goose vodka, Dolin dry vermouth, fino sherry, and rose water. Other cocktails will be on the list as well, including the Dirty AF Gin Martini and the Cheers B7tches Spritz, prepared with Aperol, Nonino Amaro, clementine, star anise, and cava. These delicious cocktails will sure make everyone build an appetite. Locals can indulge in other unique bites found on the brunch menu such as the Crispy Shrimp ‘N Grits, Brekky Sammie, Fried Chicken Banh, “The Ceezus” Country Fried French Toast, and the famous $1 East Coast Oysters. and many more.
