OverviewThe Kindergarten projects focus on mouse control, beginning typing, and creating graphic designs about content. For this grade we use learning.com online lessons and projects and the Kid Pix 3D program. The culminating project will be a slideshow of their work. They will print their slideshow in a book form. Action ItemsThis list of action items were written by the 2013-2014 TIS based on the TEKS for k-2. Those TEKS were created into action item statements to demonstrate what actions GPISD would address to cover this TEK and then the action items were assigned a grade level. These action items will be covered in all Kindergarten rooms in GPISD as a part of our vertically aligned plan to reach our Student Graduate profile.
