Destiny Fan Concept: The Tectonic Subclasses

Greetings, Guardians.
I am rather staunch in regards to how subclasses are presented. There needs to be the right amount of mysticism and science in order to convince me it will work. As such, I have been skeptical about using traditional Fantasy elements as the basis of powers in Destiny. However, there are few that I believe can be done if spun correctly.
/u/Molecularization posted a concept of a Earth/Magnetic subclass which inspired me to see what I could do with the concept.

Tectonic Light grants its wielders access to the planet shaping powers of the Traveler. In Geology, “tectonic” is used to refer to the structure of the earth’s crust, forces within the earth that cause plates to move, and the results of such movement. It can also pertain to building construction and architectural structure.
Wanting to play up the geomagnetic angle is nice, and I actually think it's a rather clever way of working in an earthen element in a science-fantasy setting.
Titans would likely utilize this power in literal tectonic forms.
Depending on how you spin it, the Hunter or Warlock probably wants to assume a Druidic or Geomancy type of identity.
Tectonic Light - "The Traveler’s Light can be used to shape worlds."
The universe is defined by fundamental forces. Energy propagates through medium. By listening to the earth, one can hear the heartbeat of a world.

Mobility and Information
Grenade
- Sensor Grenade - An explosive that deals very low damage to targets and then marks them duration.
- Dust Grenade - A grenade that creates a dust cloud that disorients and continually damages enemies trapped inside.

Double Jump - Jump and then press again while in the air to activate Lift.
- Better Control - Upgrades Double Jump for better directional control while in the air.
- Increased Height - Upgrades Double Jump for increased
- Triple Jump - Upgrades Double Jump with a third jump.

Super
True Sight - Empower your senses, gaining maximum agility, damage resistance, and weapon handling.
- In the Zone - Kills while True Sight is active will extend its duration.
- Reverb- Precision hits while True Sight is active will create a pulse of Tectonic energy that reveals enemies temporarily.
- Guarded- Precision Kills will grant an overshield, while True Sight is active.


Melee
Tracker’s Mark - A knife strike that will mark targets, highlighting them even through terrain.
- Pursuit - Hitting an enemy with Tracker’s Mark will temporarily increase maximum sprint speed and slide distance.
- Expertise - Increases the duration of Tracker’s Mark.
- Brutality - Killing an enemy with Tracker’s Mark will temporarily grant an empowered Tracker’s Mark.

Stat 1
- Path Forgotten - Training focused on toughness and speed.
- Path Forbidden - Training focused on battle recovery and speed.
- Path Unknown - Training focused on battle recovery and toughness.

Passive 1
- Echoed- Tachyon Missile will split upon the first target struck, seeking out additional targets.
- Vital Point- Precision damage dealt to marked targets is increased..
- Blurred - Reduced radar profile. After sprinting for a while you gain partial invisibility, making your figure indistinct.

Stat 2
- Way of the Drifter - Training focused on all attributes.
- Way of the Fearless - Training focused on toughness at all costs.
- Way of the Nomad - Training focused on maximum battle recovery.

Passive 2
- Looted - Shooting Ammo bricks or Orbs of Light will automatically collect it.
- Unburdened - Movement while aiming is increased when Melee or Grenade ability is not charged.
- Refreshed - Missed shots have a chance at returning to your reserve ammo. (As mulligan and Rewind)

Grenades
- Tremor Grenade - A grenade that slows and periodically damages enemies inside its radius.

Lift - Jump and then press again while in the air to activate Lift.
- Increased Height - Upgrades Lift to travel to greater heights.
- Increased Control - Upgrades Lift for better directional control while in the air.
- Catapult - Upgrades Lift to provide a strong initial burst of momentum.

Runes of Stone - Summon stones that form a wall of Tectonic Light
- Stone Sentinel - Runes of Stone instead summons a single Stone that fires on nearby enemies with rays of Tectonic Light.

- Barrage - Rune of Stone now summons three Runes instead of one.

Melee
Barricade - Hold RB/R1 to erect a barricade. Grants increased Armor while Barricade is active.
- Fortified Location - Increases the durability and duration of Barricade.
- Tower Shield - Increases the size and decreases the cooldown of Barricade.
- Shrapnel Wall - Reactivating Barricade will cause it to explode forward.

Stat 1
- Titan Codex I - Training focused on battle recovery and toughness.
- Titan Codex II - Training focused on speed and toughness.
- Titan Codex III - Training focused on battle recovery and speed.

Passive 1
- Wallbreaker - Rune of Stone explode upon expiring, dealing damage to nearby enemies..
- Cover and Fire - Gain range and a massive amount of stability while covering behind Barricade. +1 Armor.
- Stronger - Reduces flinching from incoming damage. (This applies to both weapon aim and movement.) +2 Armor
Stat 2
- Titan Codex IV - Training focused on all attributes.
- Titan Codex V - Training focused on maximum battle recovery.
- Titan Codex VI - Training focused on raw speed.

Passive 2
- Barricade - Press B,B / •, • to erect a barricade at your location to cover behind.
- Reaction - Grenades and Melee abilities will Mark a target causing your next ability to release an explosion.
- Consequence - Multikills with Grenades will spawn orbs of light.

- Tectonic Bolt - A grenade that scans twice, unleashing a bolt of Tectonic Light at the enemy each time.

Jump
Glide - Jump and then press again while in the air to activate Glide.
- Focused Control - Upgrades Glide for better directional control while in the air.
- Focused Burst - Upgrades Glide to provide an initial boost of speed.
- Balanced Glide - Upgrades Glide to provide bonuses to both speed and control.

Super
Locus - Create a geo-magnetic pulse that travels along the terrain, damaging anything in its path.
- Leyline of Upheaval - Enemies hit by Locus are knocked away violently. Increases the range of Locus.
- Leyline of Swiftness - Locus will now travel along all terrain instead of terminating. Increases the speed of Locus.
- Leyline of Destruction - Increases the width and damage of Locus.

Melee
Rupture - A melee attack that deals damage to the target, then creates a second explosion after a brief delay.
- Torture - Shackle will place a debuff on the target that deals damage to nearby enemies. (But not to the target.)
- Burden - Shackle will create a slowing field around the target on hit.
- Extort - Hitting a target with Shackle will reload your equipped weapon.

Stat 1
- Arcane Wisdom - Training focused on battle recovery and speed.
- Arcane Spirit - Training focused on battle recovery and toughness.
- Arcane Force - Training focused on toughness and speed.

Passive 1
- Conflux - Locus leaves behind a field that increases allied weapon handling.
- Breakout - Detainment Fields explode upon being broken, dealing kinetic damage to enemies.
- Barricade - Gain increased Recovery when your Super is charged.

Stat 2
- Ancestral Order - Training focused on all attributes.
- Chaos Order - Training focused on raw speed.
- Divine Order - Training focused on toughness at all costs.

Passive 2
- Invert - Slowing enemies will increase your Super recharge rate. Stacks 3 times.
- Scrutinize - Enemies are highlighted through your primary weapon scope.
- Crumble - Increases the range of Breakout and Isolate explosions.
