No Yelling. Yelling is the opposite of Truth, Beauty, and Goodness.

K.I.S.S. Keep it Simple Sweetheart. :) No science experiments. No art projects. Nothing that requires special materials, extensive setup, or creates a mess to clean up.

Fill it with Delicious Small Bites. This is a basket full of tasty little learning treats. This is not “eat your veggies” or “take your vitamins” time.

No Slogging. If there’s something in the basket that feels like a chore, take it out. There are too many delightful possibilities for your Morning Basket for you to slog through something that isn’t bringing joy.

End on a High Note. Leave them wanting more. Do not wait for everything to fall apart. Once attention starts to stray, put a bookmark in it and start again tomorrow.
