Clubs meet 3:30 to 4 pm. Students will report to the gym after school during carline. They will be picked up by the club teacher at 3:30. Students will return to the After Care program at 4 pm.

HWK Club - Students will get help using their agenda/planner to make a plan for hwk and begin to work on hwk. Students can get help from teacher and peers during this time. Computers are available in the classroom.

Not all Clubs below are offered every semester. Please see schedule above.

Express your Creativity with Technology - Each week we will try a new fun tech tool to create stories, pictures, music, and more. Your imagination is the limit. Grades 5-8.

Creative Writing Club - Students will work on writing short stories, poems, and other creative pieces. We will explore a writing tool or tip each week. Student work will be featured on a Plato Warrior Writers website if they wish to share it.

Running Club - Students will use the Couch to 5K system of interval running to build up to running for 30 minutes. Students must bring running clothes including socks and sneakers as well as water bottle. Optional: download a C25K app on cell phone, music/headphones for cell phone. *Students must remain in the designated running area to remain in the club.

Student Council -

Yoga Club - Students will take part in beginner yoga exercises. This club requires a yoga mat or towel, socks, and comfortable clothes. Students will need to be able to follow breathing and stretching exercises in a quiet environment.

Yearbook Club - Students in grades 6-8 will participate in creating the 2016-17 PATS Yearbook!  Students will be learning the computer program used to complete yearbook layouts, taking pictures of certain school events, and organizing contests for the yearbook cover design, 8th grade superlatives, and much more! **8 students maximum**
