AgEagle is ramping up while Amazon is ramping down their delivery partnerships. The entire e-comm industry will be converting from 3rd party delivery like UPS and FedEx to vertical integration of delivery.
Here is a clip from AgEagle presentation. To me it is not a coincidence that Amazon is listed first on this slide. Like I said over and over. All DD is pointing to Amazon until someone provides DD otherwise.
Here is the list of top e-comm companies. Nobody has presented any DD that points to any one of these companies other than Amazon. My challenge of someone providing me with DD that points to another e-comm partner still is open. The longer this goes and the more DD we get on Amazon the less likely I will see any DD pointing to another e-comm.
Alibaba(Foreign) - Cainiao
Amazon - No partner announced. They only report designing drones in house, not manufacturing them.
Ebay - No partner announced. CEO thinks drone delivery is a "long term fantasy" and the company has no ground distribution centers or warehouses either.
Fed-Ex - Google/Wing Aviation
JDdotcom(Foreign) - Reportedly domestic manufacturing firms, I don't read Chinese and can't find more info. Doubt they would import drones from America.
Rakuten(Foreign) - ACSL
Shopify - Has shipping companies do the work. See Fed-ex/UPS .
Target - No partner announced. Only 4% of profits come from e-commerce, a 1% market share, hardly major.
UPS - Matternet
Walmart - Ease Drones/Flytrex
AgEagle will not solely be dependent on our first "major e-comm" partner as outlined in our SEC filing. Others will follow once Amazon Air takes off as they will need to adapt. Amazon will be saving millions upon millions in last mile delivery fees.
In addition to Amazon X AgEagle for Amazon Air. AgEagle is poised to make revenue in a lot of other markets such as Ag, Hemp, Mapping, Compliance and more.
In addition to all the DD pointing to Amazon x AgEagle.
AgEagle will make a lot of revenue on Mapping. If you notice on our TM for "The Drone Age" we have listed Drone Delivery and Mapping.
Notice the shipping box shown in the UK Amazon Air HQ. Amazon was receiving drones in the UK from overseas for testing as the UK had very loose regulations in comparison to the US. The image on the bottom left is a screenshot from an AgEagle video that shows how to unbox and the contents in the shipping box. The image to the bottom right shows that same drone being tested in Cambridge.
The motors are identical as well.
In our SEC filing awhile back it mentions a proprietary composite propeller. It looks like the Amazon Drone has the same propellers and talks about them in publications.
One step closer!( @_Dreamer_)
I reached out to the WSU Tech Drone Club which is located right across from our new HQ and asked them their views on the 2 blade propellers vs. 3 blade propellers.
Attached is the reply and basically it boiled down to this:
1) 2 blade motors are more efficient and could be used more for forward thrust due to lower energy requirements, while 3 blade motors could be used for agility and vertical movement as they require more energy.
2) They have "never seen a drone design like this before"
Finally I dug and found an old Amazon Patent. It describes why the two variations in blades. It mentions single blade, but I am sure they found out that a dual blade was needed for additional force to hit their target payload of 5lb.
https://patents.google.com/patent/US9598169B1/en
The dots just continue to line up!!

There's also the connection between AgEagle and Botlink:
Botlink, AgEagles Partner and one of AgEagles suppliers, named Amazon as a CURRENT customer for their XRD (which enables drone operators to monitor and control drones using LTE). Since AgEagle is Botlinks partner, it would make sense that Amazon would be using Botlinks XRD

“The combination of AgEagle and Botlink provides simple access to actionable data. Farmers and agronomists can use normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) data and high-resolution photography gathered with an AgEagle airframe to scout fields, assess crop damage and create prescription maps for variable-rate fertilizer, fungicide and herbicide applications.”
“Paired with the real-time connectivity of Botlink’s cellular device, AgEagle users now have an airframe that also solves the biggest pain point of drones - getting actionable data directly in the hands of users,” said Brett Chilcott, president and CEO of AgEagle.
Don’t forget we are one of the only companies with cellular LTE Drones. Amazon has been in the works for years developing a Traffic Management System (TMS) that will communicate over LTE mobile networks.
“The traffic management system is easy to use for various operators in the same airspace because it will connect via the internet, LTE, or another cloud-based connection so each system can talk to the other.”

"Drone leasing agreement Front Range Biosciences. Hemp field in two states."
For those that think UAVS only has or has had fixed wing drones here is a Google Maps image from 2014 where you can clearly see Bret Chilcott and two other UAVS employees working on a quad or octadrone. Notice the simple frame of the UAVS and Amazon drone circa 2016. Also notice the undercarriage compartment. Hard to make out on the Google Maps image but its able to be made out. Also notice the antenna on the Google Maps image. One the Amazon image you can tell the black shroud with their logo on it is being held in place by a circular cap on top. That cap probably attached to the top of the antenna and the shroud gave it a more sleek look.
Drozd announced he has filled the position for the Dir of Mfg. He mentioned it on the CC.
Drozd quotes:
“We’re going to be a leader in the drone age”
“My role really is to grow companies.”
“I consider myself someone who can take technology and leverage it,”
I am looking forward to seeing what the financials look like from the drone leasing program for Front Range Biosciences. I believe they are using it for 2 states. I think another user said MT and it also looks like CO. Those are #1 and #2 Hemp producing states. Q3 ER could be amazing with the $770k deferred from this ER and the assumed $770k next quarter plus this drone leasing program. Look at the acreage growth from 2016 to 2018. It was 9X. Also look at the size of CO and MT in regards to hemp crops.
Looking at the connection here.
Amazon loses contract with FedEx Express as it builds out a competing delivery network (2019).
Amazon is delivering half its own packages as it becomes a serious rival to FedEx and UPS (2019)
Amazon cuts more than 1,200 delivery contract jobs, even as that part of its business booms (2020)
You can see that most of the other major e-comm companies do not have any mention of a drone delivery service and Drozd specifically said in the CC they are delivering products to the e-comm partner already so it has to be someone already with testing going on. Additionally one of the users here was smart to ask a leading question to UAVS and they said their e com partner is already underway with their drone delivery platform.

Barrett Mooney Former CEO, 2019 Corp Update Q3
“For one of the largest consumer focused companies in the world. This new customer requires critical specifications for drones that are meant to carry goods in both rural and suburban areas and our proven expertise in manufacturing rugged, reliable, and professional grade UAVs made us a logical partner for them. Since the initial purchase order we have since continued to expand our contracted scope of services, helping to enhance and enrich our partnership with this important new customer. While this project is still growing in scope and scale we are hopeful that it will ultimately lead to significant new and sustainable revenue in the long term.”
From recent Corporate Call:
"Proprietary cloud based system Hemp Overview currently in FL... with 3 year contract. Looking forward to Expanding. Advanced discussion with many states about adopting Hemp overview."
"Drone leasing agreement for Front Range Biosciences. Hemp field in two states.
"Continue to Expand our relationship with our major e-commerce client. We provide them with manufacturing and assembly of drones for testing and refinement of their small package delivery drones. We are one of a handful of companies with cellular LTE drones. We have a unique competitive advantage which makes us a highly beneficial partner. We are very pleased with how this development partnership is maturing and we believe the success we have had with this client will lead to more growth opportunities."
"... we have adopted a very proactive approach in the growing drone industry. In fact our efforts have yielded advanced discussions with various new customers."
September Q3 Question:
“On the commercial delivery drones, do you plan on white labeling the product?”
Answer:
“Those are under manufacturing contracts - build to spec - so we don’t white label it, we are literally building it on contract for them, it is there designs for the most part, we have our hand in helping them make good decisions and revising engineering drawings as necessary but for the most part it’s not our drone being white labeled, it is their drone that we are building on their behalf.” - Barrett Mooney
American Made Drones:
Part 1a
AgEagle, American Made Drones
“In the foreseeable future, we believe being an American drone manufacturer with proven engineering expertise will go a long way in winning new business opportunities, particularly with those customers which may be reluctant to rely on Chinese manufacturers due to the much touted supply chain challenges and perceived national security risks that have been the subject of prevailing media attention over the past several months. Based on advanced discussions with several prospective new customers, the outlook for our drone manufacturing business appears very promising”
“This capital infusion, coupled with other recent offering proceeds, will help to empower AgEagle with the resources necessary….to best serve growing demand for American made drones and drone-related equipment.”
Part 1b
AgEagle, American Made Drones
“As of today, we manufacture all of our proprietary and contracted products at our secure manufacturing facility in Neodesha, Kansas, which allows us to avoid many of the potential difficulties that may arise if our manufacturing facilities were otherwise located outside the U.S., which is of particular importance to those AgEagle customers who rely on confidentiality and protection of trade secrets in the development of their drone package delivery initiatives”

Part 2
Regulations banning foreign drones:
“An amendment to ban U.S. government use of Chinese drones appears almost certain to become law within weeks. Contained within the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), the measure bans the purchase of commercial drones made by a “covered foreign entity,” including China, by any U.S. government agency. The ban covers both purchases of new drones and flights of drones already in agency fleets, which would need to end within six months. The ban extends to drone components including drivetrains, cameras, and circuit boards.”
“Currently DJI drones and related products hold about 70% of the U.S. consumer and prosumer market. Oldenburg said the “anti-China initiatives related to drone technology” being forwarded by President Trump and his allies is part of an effort to let drone companies based in the U.S. and allied countries gain a foothold in the U.S. drone market.”

Part 3
Companies to invest in as US China Relations Deteriorate
“With the seemingly perpetual rise of Amazon(NASDAQ:AMZN) and the need for contactless delivery, UAVS stock quickly garnered massive support. Additionally, what makes AgEagle one of the more interesting companies to invest in is that this is a homegrown organization. As you may have heard, the U.S. government considers Chinese-made drones a security threat. That’s a problem because China dominates the retail drone market. While AgEagle will likely not budge the needle in this department, it helps that the company’s interests are fully aligned with American values and principles.”
Part 4
Where do we source our components?
The FAA is hosting an Onboarding Process consisting of four steps from May 4, 2020 through October 9, 2020. The final step of the onboarding process (called Formal Onboarding) lasts between 8/8/2020 - 9/9/2020, the exact span we are purchasing a manufacturing facility in Wichita and Amazon is buying many facilities including one dubbed Project Starship.
Wichita will be the location of Amazon’s first large scale, trial commercial delivery program. The state was appointed in 2019 by the USDOT as a pilot program selectee. “Kansas is the first state in the nation to have a statewide, unmanned traffic management system (UTM)” and “WSU Tech, Wichita, Kansas was selected to participate in the Unmanned Aircraft Systems Collegiate Training Initiative (UAS-CTI).”

Amazon prefers to lease/contract out things out of their scope of expertise even the small things like delivery vehicles (and they often don't even bother owning that end of the business, but let entrepreneurs start their own delivery business contracted with Amazon - under their "delivery partner program")
“Amazon is seeking hundreds of entrepreneurs across the country to launch and operate their own package delivery business. The Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program provides an opportunity for strong leaders who are passionate about developing a hardworking team to start their own business. Joining a robust community of small businesses, you will help deliver thousands of packages to customers every day.”
