Target timeline for new regional agreement enterprise:

1. PB vote on RA in Spring, 2025
2. If positive vote, PR over Spring/Summer
3. Towns vote Fall, 2025
4. If positive vote, DESE Commissioner signature by December 31, 2025
5. Transition year for new district formation, 2026
6. New district begins in 2027
