Harvey Hadden Circuit Race League - Round 6

Harvey Hadden Stadium Race Tuesday 21st June.

Adam, Jon Singfield and Pete Richardson rode round 8 of the Harvey Hadden crit series, with Rob Wild along for support at the sidelines!

it was Jon’s first crit race so he set out with the intention of staying with the bunch and staying upright, he rode well in the bunch for several laps and got dropped a few laps from the end but managed to finish and not last so mission accomplished.

Adam was on great form riding off the front and keeping the pace high, he stayed with the bunch and contested the sprint, finishing in 9th place and scoring a point ( first time in a crit race).

Pete went with the intension of picking up 4 or more points to gain promotion to cat 3, he kept a low profile throughout the race until the bunch sprint and crossed the line in 5th place to pick up 5 points and finally achieve promotion to cat 3, another job well done from team VCLE and great to see VCLE members getting involved in the action at the sharp end!

Regards
