Shipping-

There is a $50 minimum for all orders that are being shipped. And a $30 minimum for local pick-up

Orders will be shipped asap on either a mon, tues, or wednesday. If you need me to delay shipping please just let me know and we will try to work it out.

Overnight and 2 day shipping available, mostly through USPS. (Arachnids and centipedes must ship FedEx)

Supplies can be shipped separately, I can offer cheaper shipping for supplies. Just know it will take longer to arrive. Shipping done through USPS

Live Arrival Guarantee

I assure all orders are packed in a way that all inhabitants will be healthy and relatively happy, however things out of my control can happen.

Our live arrival guarantee requires you send a photo or video of DOA specimens within an hour of arrival. In the unlikely case of a DOA I can either refund or resend (as long as I have more).

Local pick-up-

Local pick up can be arranged either in a public space or an expo. I am limited in how far I am able to go for a pick up.
