Second screen game for iOS played while watching AFL matches. I worked on this app from prototype to release for the 2013 AFL finals through till the 2014 season.
Using the lean startup method I implemented features along with tests for weekly releases allowing us to change direction on features if needed.
I implemented paging leaderboards with the ability to insert web content in between them which allowed us to update the content on the server side without submitting an update to Apple.
I created a sharing feature that generates an image based on which leaderboard the user was viewing, downloading any images necessary beforehand.
I implemented smoother animations, upgraded the app for iOS 7 and created a simple user experience while working closely with designers.
Created the mobile version of the site by using images and data from the desktop site and presenting it cleanly on mobile devices.
While at the royals I worked on a number of other projects that were not released publicly:
A Node.js backends with web interfaces.
Unity3D statististics simulator using 3d buildings to display data obtained from twitter.
An unreleased retail promotion app with time limited offers and loyalty cards.
A Tinder like, swiping gesture photo browsing app.
