CONFRONTING YOUR FLAWS

They say you can’t be flawless without having flaws, and at here at the Celebrate Yourself Challenge, we find that to be very true. In this activity, you are challenged to face your flaws head-on by combatting them with positivity.

ACTIVITY OVERVIEW & PURPOSE

We’re going to ask you to talk about something pretty difficult. Something we often don’t like to talk about: Our Flaws.
With these flaws, however, we’re going to ask you to brainstorm positive things about yourself. For every flaw, we challenge you to come up with two positive notes. You’ll soon see that you are so much more than the flaws you can pick out in yourself. You’re beautiful, unique and completely worth celebrating. Here’s a quick example for you:
1. I hate my smile.
But I love… The way my eyes light up when I smile.
The joy I radiate when I smile.
See? It’s simple. In this template we challenge you to confront five of your flaws and re-buttle them with positive feedback. We would love to see what you come up with! Share this challenge on social media with #ConfrontingMyFlaws.
