The School Counselor will select artifacts that provide evidence for his or her performance. Suggested examples of artifacts are listed below. Artifacts reflect the varied needs and practices of schools, and additional relevant evidence may be added.

·         Data and survey results and analysis: needs assessments, pre-and post-test, program audit, evaluation report, graduation report, postsecondary report

·         Diversity and cultural programs and activities

·         Ethical and legal standards/regulations (e.g., ASCA Ethical Standards for School Counselors, ACA Code of Ethics, Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), Individuals With Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), New Jersey Anti Bullying Bill of Rights Act)
