CERTIFICATES of NATURALIZATION (REVOCATION) COMMITTEE.

PHILIP ALEXIUS LASZLO DE LOMBOS 254671/85.

Date of Hearing : June 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 1919.

This case was heard in public on the application of Mr. Laszlo, with the support of the Home Office and the consent of the Treasury.

At the conclusion of the hearing on June 27th 1919, we stated the purport of the report we should make, setting out the facts and giving our reasons. These will appear from the transcript of the Shorthand note of the statement which we annex.

We report under Sec. 1 of the British Nationality & Status of Aliens Act 1918:

  1. That Philip Alexius Laszlo de Lombos has not shown himself by act or speech to be disaffected or disloyal to His Majesty.

  1. That he has during the war unlawfully communicated with the subjects of an Enemy State.

  1. That the continuance of the Certificate is not inconsistent with the public good.

We report under Sec. 3 of the said Act.

That it is not desirable that the Certificate should be revoked.
