How to use enchantment ids in a command

/give @p [Item ID] [amount] [data] {ench:[{id:#,lvl:#}]}

To add more, just do this

/give @p [Item ID] [amount] [data] {ench:[{id:#,lvl:#},{id:#,lvl:#}]}

To add a name, do this

/give @p [Item ID] [amount] [data] {ench:[{id:#,lvl:#}],display:{Name:"Put Whatever name you want here"}}
