What are the dates and location of this event?

Why is your event a good location for the IRC?

Who is organizing this event? What are their roles? Who will maintain contact with the IJA representative?

Have you allocated prize money in your event budget? If so, what numbers will you be able to commit to ($300 is the minimum contribution from the Host for the prize money, but more can be contributed to increase the prize if desired).

The IJA requires that the IRC be a main event one night of the hosting event.  Will this be possible?

Does the event have a theatre booked for this event? What is the capacity? How large is the stage? If there is no theater, in what space do you plan to hold the event?

How does the festival plan to promote the IRC?

Does the festival agree to work with a videographer to record the IRC and work with an editor to create videos as outlined in the IRC Guidelines?

How many people do you expect to attend your event?
