1. Definitions

• Developer - author of the Game using alias Furfel on Google Play Store
• Game - product offered by Furfel under the name Hydrogen, identified by package name com.furfel.game2demo and distributed over Google Play Store
• User - person who is actively launching and using Game
• Device - hardware on which Game is stored and downloaded via Google Play Store
• AdMob SDK - a third-party library offered by Google to serve and mediate ads

3. Data stored on the Device

• Time measurements
• Game progress
• Features unlocked by In-app purchases

Data is wiped from the Device when the Game is uninstalled. (With the exception of SD card).
In-app purchases are preserved on Google Play. If you wish to have them unlocked on another device, you must log in with the same Google account you made the purchase from.

4. Data collected from the User
   Sensitive data might be collected from the User in order to serve personalized advertisements. This is due to the use of AdMob SDK.
   To opt-out personalized ads, please launch Google Settings from the list of applications on the Device, then follow to Services, Ads and check Opt out of interest-based ads. For more information follow this guide: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922.
   Game does not directly use any kind of ad-targeting features available in AdMob.
5. Permissions

• Internet access - needed to download ads to serve
• Billing - Game allows to purchase digital extensions (such as disabling ads, unlocking the level editor). Billing data is kept on Google Merchant service and purchased items are stored on Google Play. By using In-app purchases within Game, User allows Developer to keep records of transactions containing personal information. Developer ensures that data is properly safe. Developer is not responsible for leaks or errors resulted by Google’s services’ failures. Developer ensures that data is not sold or given to any other third parties except transfers over Google services which is processed by Google Inc. (now Alphabet Inc.).

6. Rights to change
   Furfel holds right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. User will be informed of change with the next Game update.
