Most of us who live in the Northern Hemisphere are used to seeing the seasons change. Have you ever thought about WHY the seasons change the way they do and when they do? As a class, we are going to explore the four seasons and what causes us to experience them. We will also find out about seasonal changes in different parts of the world. What kinds of changes take place in the Southern hemisphere and near the Earth's equator throughout the year?

        Before we begin, we would like to find out what you already know. Please take this survey and submit your answers. Then, go through the Reason for the Seasons Presentation. Make sure you take the time to play with the simulation. You can go through the presentation as many times as you want. Think about the survey questions as you go along. Then, take the survey again. We are grading you on how much your scores improve, not on how many answers you got right.
