- The Volunteer Work Requirements for 2016-2017 is available HERE. Please review prior to signing up. The meet sign up is open. You sign up in the same place as a swim meet. Click the box where it says job sign up. Please do not sign up for more than 2-3 positions per meet and “save” spots.
- Interested in becoming an Official? It’s not for everyone and requires some training, but it is a valued and fulfilling position at meets. If you are interested drop either Matt or Dave or any coach a note or ask about it at practice.
- New Schroeder Team Gear - follow the link to the Elsmore Sports Schroeder team page You can always find it by looking under the performance partners column of the website. We have selected new team suits, warm ups, and parkas. The suits are made of bulletproof Speedo endurance fabric, they have the Schroeder S logo, will last for a LONG time and are great for training and meets. The warm ups are very attractive and are a new line from Speedo. Parkas are warm and coming back into popularity - this year’s has red accents.
- Bella’s 3-pack, grey, red & navy Schroeder t-shirts. We are offering a team 3 pack of T-Shirts for only $20 that we would like ALL kids to have. Starting in November we will ask kids to wear them to meets and have specific colors for each day of a meet (there is a red, blue, and grey shirt in each pack). - Share your Heart! Heart of Canal Street is Potawatomi Hotel & Casino’s community program that raises funds for children’s charities — and the Walter Schroeder Aquatic Center is in the running to be a beneficiary. Heart of Canal Street has raised nearly $16 million for hundreds of area children’s charities since 1994. The program honors the Potawatomi tradition of nurturing younger generations so they grow to lead healthy, productive lives. Half of each $3 or $7 Canal Street Bingo game purchased goes to the Heart of Canal Street fund, which totaled more than $1 million last year!
