  3. Introduce initial I i as in igloo, ink, inchworm, insect, and in.
  4. Explain when to use uppercase and lowercase.
  5. Write poem on chart paper.
  6. Ask: Can you identify uppercase I and lowercase i? Can you use the word in a sentence? What are the initial sounds of I i? How are they the same/different?
