Returns are accepted in original condition, with the original undamaged packaging and a receipt within 30 days of sale. A credit will be issued via the payment method initially used for the purchase. Any special-order returns or returns that do not adhere to the aforementioned criteria will be assessed on a situation to situation basis, and may require a restocking fee of $10 to cover return shipping fees. For custom wheels policies or other customized items, see below.


A minimum of $15 of labor is required on all service invoices. All labor is guaranteed by the mechanic. If you are unsatisfied with the labor provided, additional labor charges to fix the issue will not be charged. However, the customer may be liable for the full or partial cost of any additional parts needed to complete the job.

Shipping Fees:

If specialty items are ordered through the shop, the customer is solely responsible for any and all shipping costs incurred. Customers will receive notification when their order is placed, shipped, and an ETA will be provided to customers as available via the shipping company.


All wheelsets that are handmade to order will be sold with the following:

If no originally-provided spokes are returned to IWC when a repair is requested, additional spokes will be ordered and charged accordingly. The customer will forfeit all guarantees of the wheel if another shop is to service them.

Wheels made to order by Indigenous Wheel Co are non-returnable as they are built to the customer’s requested specifications (with mechanic input and approval). However, all efforts will be made to ensure customer satisfaction with any wheel.

Tubular Wheels/Tires:

All tubulars are professionally mounted by Joey Mullan. Any used tires will not carry the Labor Guarantee, and only reconditioned tires with new base tape through “Tire Alert” or new tires will carry the Labor Guarantee.


Checks are not accepted as payment by Indigenous Wheel Co - all payment must be made via cash or debit/credit card.

Card Security:

Indigenous Wheel Co uses Square Up as it’s point of sales system and upholds the same policies for card and transaction securities.
