Once you have created a survey (see separate help guide: Creating a New Survey), you need to deploy it to a content area within your course. This is similar to deploying or activating a test.


To deploy a Survey in your course shell:


  1. Access the content area where you want the survey to appear.
  2. Hover your mouse over the Assessment button, then choose Survey on the drop-menu.




  1. Select the survey you wish to deploy.




  1. Press Submit. You will now see the Survey Options screen. 
  2. Edit the options for Survey Availability as needed.



  1. When you have finished changing any options as described above, press Submit.
  2. A green receipt bar at the top of the page will confirm that the survey has been successfully deployed.
