14U Division Program Format

14U Travel Light Team

We will once again be offering a Travel Light team, similar to previous years. This team, MV Bruins, will be managed by Jason Lindahl and will require an initial upfront fee and then a low monthly fee to help cover team expenses.  Players interested in joining the Travel Light team will need to participate in tryouts and can do so by signing up for the Interest List here.

If your player attends the Travel Light tryouts but is not selected, she is still welcome and encouraged to participate in our Fall REC program.

14U Fall REC Program

Our Fall REC program will continue to follow a format similar to previous seasons and will include:

  • Everyone plays! All players who register for the REC program will be placed on a team
  • Two practices per week
  • Doubleheader games on weekends
  • Participation in two OC Fall Ball tournaments

The 14U REC program will play a 'Select' schedule (Doubleheaders) but the teams will be drafted evenly by our 14U coaches.  There will be no formal Select teams at the 14U level this fall.
