Consultation – On-site appointment to view space and advise on all client questions.
Finalizing Scope of Work, Signing of Service Level Agreement, Receipt of first Design Fee payment and Commencement of project
On-Site measurements/photos with any potential tradesmen, and final criterion meeting
Receipt of second Design Fee payment, Planning the Design, Rendering floor plans, elevations, and perspective drawings, Selecting and sourcing all fixtures/finishes/furnishings/fabrics, and Estimating the investment (4-6 weeks)
Presentation of Design concept, Estimates and Selections (furnishings/materials), Receipt of third and final Design Fee payment.

Order Management - Collection of deposits, Placement of orders and receipt/inspection of items and Budget review

Construction/Renovation Observation and Liaison to the trades
Shopping for art and accessories, orchestrate Install Day, Furniture installation and arranging, Styling and Client reveal.
Deficiencies walk-through, create Punch List with Resolutions
Project closure meeting - Presentation of final invoices and return balance of retainer, Client Binder and Thank You
