On the infrastructure of a super value network

This Super Value Network Infrastructure was designed for a Super-Discovery Network (DN) organization. The DN blueprint came out of Multitude Innovation (in 2010), a sub-network of the Multitude Project.

The website idea is not enough to represent a super-DN. A website can be used as part of the communication, coordination, and collaboration (CCC) infrastructure for a collaborative network. But it is not enough for a web of such networks, all interconnected. Value of all sorts MUST flow freely within the super-DN. Therefore, data and information must also flow freely.
Imagine that other DNs are created, they grown and some of them merge into large super-networks. Within a super-DN, SENSORICA can be seen as a functional cluster of nodes that “fire” together to accomplish a category of specific tasks. But these nodes part of SENSORICA also “fire” with other nodes. There is no distinction between a DN and a bunch of DNs interfacing with each others. Only if there is no exchange of value between two DNs we can distinguish them as separate entities.
What is the architecture of this infrastructure that can support a super-DN?
The same mechanisms that induce self organization and add temporal stability to the entire system apply at different scales of the fractal super-DN. We’ve already identified 3 such mechanisms, value, reputation and roles. They induce strong internal coupling between different components of the value network and also with the environment (the market and to a lesser extent the entire society). There is also a strong feedback from the environment to the value network. See the Emergent structure post for more. The infrastructure must allow these tools to scale throughout the super-network. These applications must collect and analyse data from the entire super-network. The visualization tools can be built to show a variable extent, from the immediate environment, to depict the immediate ecosystem where feedback is stronger, closer to the point of action, to the entire value network, giving a big general picture. Because the super value network is in fact a fractal these tools can be easily scalable, following the same pattern. (Talk to Bayle about this! this system can be scaled in such way!)
